By choosing to attend CORE.FORM or access the website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use, which together with the Privacy Policy, govern CORE.FORM’s relationship with you in relation to the website and studio. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website/studio. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Please read through the Terms of Use on our website thoroughly before enrolling for a class.
CORE.FORM is a reformer Pilates studio based in Nelson, New Zealand, offering classes, memberships, and related services.
We are committed to providing an inclusive and respectful environment. We do not tolerate behaviour that is discriminatory, abusive, or creates a hostile environment for staff or clients.
We aim to deliver all classes as scheduled, however classes may be changed or cancelled where necessary, and you will be notified as soon as possible. CORE.FORM is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
By participating in classes, you acknowledge that:
CORE.FORM is in no way liable for any injury, loss of property or death resulting from attending our studio.
Bookings are to be made through the CORE.FORM website or via our CORE.FORM app available on both Android and Apple.
Bookings are managed through our third-party platform, Glofox.
By making a booking, you agree to:
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD) and all transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars ($NZD). Prices, products and offers include GST.
All payments are processed either on the studio premises via an EFPTOS terminal, on online via the operating platform Glofox. The payment is done securely via a third-party payment system, Stripe.
Fees are accurate at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified accordingly.
Promotional sales are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits. To keep you healthy, we must keep our business healthy.

All purchases are final. CORE.FORM does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions or extensions on services, workshops or products for change of mind. We will consider extensions on class packs upon sudden injury, illness or at the discretion of CORE.FORM.
All passes and memberships are non-transferable between clients.
Refunds will not be given unless goods/services are not provided and an extension on validity of Class Packs is not an option. In the case of workshop tickets and passes, these are non-refundable and make up classes will not be given if a session is missed; by signing up to a workshop it is assumed clients will attend all sessions included in the workshop.
Memberships have a minimum term of 3 months.
After this, memberships continue indefinitely until cancelled by the customer or CORE.FORM.
Weekly payment will be taken automatically within 24hours of the chosen date. If the date falls on a weekend day or a public holiday the payment will be processed within 24 hours from the start of the next business day. If no funds are in place, we reserve the right to charge a $10 late fee at the discretion of CORE.FORM.
The customer must pay all fees and charges incl. GST as applicable, for the term of their membership. Interest may be charged on all overdue fees and amounts at the rate of 5% per month.
Changes in Membership Fees: outside of any minimum term obligation agreed to by the customer, CORE.FORM may adjust membership fees at any time giving 21 days’ notice.
Pausing of membership:
Customers can request to put their membership on hold for up to 4 weeks of the year (excluding CORE.FORM closure periods). A customer may apply to pause their membership, giving 7 days’ notice, due to medical, travel or personal reasons. Requests to pause a membership will be at the discretion of CORE.FORM and must be requested in writing.
Termination or changes to membership:
If a customer wishes to terminate their agreement or change their membership type, they must give 2 weeks’ notice. If a customer wishes to terminate their membership within the fixed term or minimum obligation period, the customer must pay a cancellation fee of $100.
Overdue payments. If a balance is outstanding for more than 4 weeks CORE.FORM may notify any credit reporting or referencing agency of the default and may pass the customer’s debt for collection to a third-party agency.
Class packs extensions are only available upon sudden illness or injury or at the discretion of CORE.FORM. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date.
Session packs are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be shared.

Activation date is the date of the first class booked.
Any late cancellations, no show or absence will result in forfeiting that visit. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within 12 hours of the class commencing, you will be charged for the class.
Valid for classes only.
Not redeemable for cash.
CORE.FORM does not offer refunds, transfers, suspensions, or extensions on Gift Cards for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All purchases are final.
CORE.FORM is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission vouchers.

Gift vouchers can be purchased for Intro Offers, Class Packs, Private Sessions, or a Membership with a minimum of a three-month term.
Gift vouchers will have the expiry date specified at the time of booking and on the voucher and will have a minimum expiry date as specified by the New Zealand Commerce Commission.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class starts.
Cancellations, no-shows and absences made less than 12 hours prior to the start of the class, which will forfeit their class and the credit will not be returned to their account for this missed class.
Cancellations must be made via the website or app (not via phone, email/social media)
This applies to Intro Single Classes/Offers/Class Packs/Memberships/Private Sessions and Gift Cards.
Waitlist Policy
If a class you would like to attend is fully booked, please sign up for the waiting list. Should a place become available then you will be added automatically before the scheduled class. An email will be sent to you confirming your space in that class.
Standard cancellation policy applies.
You are responsible for removing yourself if unavailable.
Sessions, memberships and class packs are not transferrable to another individual and cannot be used by another person. If someone other than the person booked into the class arrives to use the session, they will be asked to create an account and purchase their own class pass.
Bookings must be made via CORE.FORM platforms only.
Our regular classes are safe for women to attend up to 14 weeks of pregnancy. Once pregnancy reaches 14 weeks, it is required that you stop attending the standard classes.
Pre and post-natal workouts are offered and can be booked online or via the app. These pre and post-natal Workouts are safe for women to attend throughout their entire pregnancy up to full term, if they feel comfortable to do so, as well as post pregnancy after being cleared by a physician.
We may take photos or videos for marketing purposes.
You will be notified before filming.
You must inform the instructor if you do not wish to appear.
We are not responsible for content shared by other clients.
By attending classes, you consent to these terms.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, CORE.FORM Limited (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (whether under the law of contract, tort or otherwise), for any personal injury, loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of reputation or goodwill, loss of privacy or loss or corruption of information or data); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of your attendance at our classes. This includes but is not limited to any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference.
This limitation of liability applies even if CORE.FORM Limited has been expressly advised of potential loss.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website or service operation.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
We offer credit to our existing members for introducing a new member to our studio. Referred person must purchase an Intro Offer pack for existing member to receive $30 credit. Studio credit may be used towards purchasing a class pack or merchandise. It is not redeemable for cash and is not transferrable to someone else. There is no limit on the number of referrals or amount of credit that can be received.
