I created CORE.FORM with a simple belief: strength comes from structure, intention and expert guidance. I’m here to help you move better, build strength and gain confidence through clear, supported and sustainable progression.
Jeanette
With 30+ years as a physiotherapist, yoga teacher, PT and women’s health specialist, I bring a holistic approach to Pilates. I’m passionate about helping you build strength, improve movement, and feel empowered in body and mind.

You can book classes up to 6 weeks in advance, allowing you to secure your preferred days and times.

Yes, depending on the nature of your injury.

  • For mild injuries, you may attend group classes with medical clearance
  • Please inform your instructor before class so modifications can be provided


For moderate to severe injuries, we recommend starting with a private 1:1 session. This allows our instructors to assess your condition and guide you safely before joining group classes.

All new clients must complete the Orientation Workout before booking regular classes.

Once completed, you will automatically gain access to book all Reformer classes.

If you have prior Reformer Pilates experience, please contact us to discuss your eligibility to skip the orientation.

Private sessions are arranged directly with our team.

Please contact us to enquire about availability and scheduling. Private sessions are booked around our group class timetable.

  • Minimum pause: 1 week
  • Maximum pause: 4 weeks per year

We understand that plans can change.

  • You may cancel your class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty
  • Late cancellations (within 12 hours) and no-shows will result in a lost class

This policy ensures fairness and allows other clients the opportunity to attend.

You can book a class in two ways:

  • Via our website by clicking “Book Now”
  • Through the CORE.FORM app (available on Apple App Store and Google Play)

Simply purchase a class or pack, then select your preferred class time and confirm your booking.
