We recommend starting with an Orientation Workout, with an Intro Pack to build confidence and familiarity
Our instructors will guide you at your own pace.
Is the Orientation Workout compulsory?
Yes, the Orientation Workout is compulsory for all new CORE.FORM clients.
It allows our instructors to:
Assess your movement and technique
Understand your goals and experience level
Identify any modifications needed for safety and effectiveness
